Roland is an experienced Quality Professional holding an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering / Machine Design from his home country Germany. Roland Seeger started his now 24 years of experience in the automotive industry in North Carolina and held positions in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Program Management, Value Stream Leadership and Quality / EHS Management. For the last 5 Years the concentration was on the Launch of new Projects, the continual improvement of our Quality and EHS Systems as well at the Warranty and Service improvements required within GKN and for our products. His professional and personal commitment are to assure we build the best products for our customers but also assuring that at the same time we stay cost competitive for our commodities. It is equally important to him to find quick and efficient solutions for identified issues, that they are correctly analyzed, the right corrective actions implemented and finally institutionalized. Roland Seeger is the Central Quality Manager at GKN Automotive based in Newton, North Carolina, USA.
