National Center for Dispute Settlement, LLC (NCDS) was founded in the 1980s as an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) organization to resolve industry, community, and public sector disputes. In 1994, NCDS was selected from over twenty bidders to launch its automotive warranty Informal Dispute Settlement Program (IDSP) for Chrysler Corporation.
Today, NCDS represents 3 of the Top 6 major automotive manufacturing groups and 3 of the Top 5 selling brands in the U.S. Automotive Market. NCDS operates a fully compliant Magnuson-Moss Program and State Certified Programs for its automotive clients. As a result of how automakers use its IDSPs, NCDS conducts the most automotive warranty arbitration hearings in the industry.
In addition to its auto warranty arbitration programs, NCDS administers Real Property Disclosure Disputes, Financial Disputes, and a Binding Arbitration Appeals Process for Class Members denied automotive reimbursement claims by Class Action Settlement Administrators.
